IMI TA-Smart (Dp)

TA-Smart is an inline control valve (through-type) with an EQM control characteristic and an integrated measurement function set for:

• Flow rate (via ultrasonic flow measurement).

• Supply/return temperatures (temperature sensors).

• Calculated thermal power (derived from flow and temperature difference).

It supports two main control modes:

• Flow control: the actuator modulates the valve to maintain a target flow.

• Power control: the actuator modulates the valve to maintain a target heating/cooling power using measured flow and $\Delta T$.

Integration detail (DDF):

• The DDF provides the required input and output signals to integrate TA-Smart into a control system.

• Limitation: one TA-Smart device is supported per DeviceStation.
